Safeway Nutrition Tracker

I haven't really heard anyone mention this much, but if you get groceries at a Safeway owned store like Randall's, Tom Thumb, Vons, etc. you should check this out, it's pretty awesome:

It estimates your calorie, fat, carbs based on what you put on your card.  It's not really a substitute for tracking everything specifically, but I often go weeks where I forget to track everything and this really helps. Just in case anyone else might think it's interesting :)
