advice on how to get the scale moving?
I am 8 weeks out today...I have posted this before because I stalled at 2 weeks post op (like most do), but I am getting rather discouraged
In the past 2 weeks I have only lost 2 or 3 lbs. I don't get what I'm doing wrong...I excerise 5-6 days a week, get in all my protein, and most of fluids, but yet the scale is reallly being painfully sluggish. I feel like I should have lost more by now...I am down only 34 lbs.
~what my day consists off...maybe there is something that needs changing?
Wake up, do an hour of cardio (walking/jogging)
Take AM vitamins
Eat breakfast-either 2 poched eggs or 1 cup of kashi go-lean crunch with skim milk
Sip,sip, sip till about 10:30
Have AM snack...either light yogurt, apple & p-butter, or veggie jerky...anything with atleast 10grams of protein.
Sip,sip,sip
Have lunch-shaved turkey breast with lowfat cheese stick
sip, sip, sip
Have dinner-some type of lean meat, tofu, or high protein food
Sip,sip,sip
Take PM vitamins
I measure/weigh/log all my food...I dont know why I keep stalling. Any advice from the Vets would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

OK I am only 3 1/2 weeks out but im on a stall too. However, how many carbs are you eating? I have read on many post here that sometimes if you up your carbs a little then it breaks the stall or thats what your body needs to lose weight seeing that everyone body is different. Also, if you are lifting weights while you excerise you could be gaining muscle which is heavier than fat so it isnt reflected on the scale but in inches. Just keep up the good work it will come off ! we didnt get to where we needed surgery over nite so its not gonna come off that fast either.
