So, I was in the store the other day getting some things for my husband's birthday... Cake was always a favorite of mine and helped me get to almost three hundred pounds.  Since surgery, I have not been able to celebrate birthdays with cake along with everyone else in fear of dumping....  BUT, pilsbury now has a devils food and yellow cake sugar free mix along with sugar free icing.  I dont know the calorie count nor the fat, but i made cupcakes with it, and i promise no one would be able to tell that they are sugar free!  The cupcakes were perfect because i could eat just one and they were small enough but hit the sweet spot. just thought i would share....   : )

Sugar-Free Cake (Devil's Food) - 120 calories, 3.5g fat per 1/12 of the cake
Sugar free chocolate frosting - 90 calories, 6g fat per 2 T

Not something to eat every week but for our birthdays and special occassions, it's perfect.  I personally don't have much of a sweet tooth anymore so I probably wouln't want it anymore often than 2-3 times a year anyway.   My mom will also like to know this exisits because she is diabetic.  She has used the reduced sugar versions of the cake and frosting with very good results.

Thanks for sharing!
