First of all, congratulations on your incredible, inspiring accomplishment!!!
Unfortunately, I can't help you with much personal experience being early out myself, but my friends who stall far out say that going back to basics is the only way to jump the weight loss. Fluids, protein, exercise. If you're not working out, now is the time to start a cardio and weight-lifting regimen. Also, increasing your calories will often help speed up weight loss, especially after a huge loss like yours. Force fluids like crazy, and keep us updated.
Good luck!

I really don't have much advice on breaking a stall other than really sitting down and make sure that your still "on track" (enough protein, water, calories) if you find your off a bit then getting back on track and logging everything will probably help. Also, switch things up a bit. Our bodies are creatures of habit so if your workout routine is the same it has been for 8 weeks, it might be time to mix things up.
Your doing awesome!!
