Favorite Work Out DVDs?
So ... I'll be set when I'm up at school, but I'm not bringing my wii fit home every weekend nor do I find it thrilling to be out and about when we will be getting -10 through -30 degree winters. I'm wondering if any of you have a favorite workout tape you'd be willing to share? I'm looking for something fun with good cardio!
Lol ... Right now I'm kind of being a dork and looking in to trying Carmen Electra's Aerobic Strip Tease tape because that kinda sounds like it would be a blast and make me laugh. Not to mention, having been overweight since childhood, It couldn't hurt to learn to move a bit sexy .. could it?
Another tape series that looked kind of interesting is Zumba .. or watever its called. Commercials have this insane ability to make crap products look wonderful though so I want some real life favorites and inputs please!

I love the "Bar Method" dvds... its the exercises done in ballet and takes a lot of core strength. I love it, love it, love it!
