chill out and enjoy the ride. it's a VERY long road to lose that much. ur weight loss will slow down, you'll hit plateaus, and sometimes it'll just fly off. i lost about 180 lbs the first year, and it took another 11 months to get to where i finally stopped. all in all, it took 23 months for me too lose 272 lbs. but i also lost a lot more than i wanted too and have gone back up to a more comfortable weight for me. u've already lost 100lbs in 6months which is very impressive so you really don't need any advice at all. ur right on track, so just keep doing what ur doing, ur doing great.

Great advice Josh...but just a little tidbit here...I find I lose more weight when I eat more frequently like 5 times a day instead of 3. Good job, and keep up the good work.

My best advice.... BE PATIENT. Easier said than done, I already know. I understand your frustration though. There would be weeks and there still are weeks that I won't lose a single pound, despite eating right and exercising. But then I stop and remind myself, I didn't get fat overnight and I won't get skinny in a day. This isn't a sprint, but a marathon.

I'm only 16 months out and I have lost over 200lbs, but it hasn't been easy. Keep your head up and stay positive. You'll get there!!!
