i am in nj. where in nj are you? i live in morris county had my surgery nov. 11, 2009 i have lost 128lbs so far only 72 till goal!

im in edison its not too far what r some things u eat

i had surgery almost 9 months ago so i can pretty much tolerate anything. but my staples are ground turkey deli meats and cheese i still do 2 protein shakes a day. i dont eat bread rice or pasta

Hey girl! I'm in Jersey... Trenton area. Always looking for new weightloss buddies. I had surgery about 16 months ago and I've lost over 200lbs. I hate to exercise but I went through phases where I pushed myself to do it. Right now, I'm being lazy. I need to get back on the wagon ASAP.
