finally....
done all my pre-op stuff! calling the surgeon's office in the am to make sure my dr and cardiologist sent everything in, and then it's waiting on the insurance company! (anyone have united? how long did it take for your response?) i know i'm not gonna be able to go in until the september since i'm going on vacation august 21-28, but i just want everything over and done with now! i'm in excited mode and don't want to have to deal with it switching back to nervous, since i've been in that state for the past few months and made no progress in getting closer to surgery.

got the call from insurance this week that i was approved! calling monday to schedule surgery... hopefully by this time next month it'll finally be over with
