one year!

I just celebrated my one year anniversary! Crazy to think that I went from a size 22, 2-3xl shirts at 274 lbs. to a size 9 M-L size shirt at 157 lbs.(yes I said 9 single digit!omg never been one of those!) For a total of 117 lbs lost in a year! I hope I can get off another 20 lbs to be about 140 but if not I am happy! This surgery saved my life and thats what I did it for not the number on the scale. This has been a hard year for me but I wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and support. Im so glad to have friends on here that know, have gone through and are going through the same things I am! Your all great!

 Congrats!  You  have the right attitude about the last few pounds, don't stress over them because you've come so far already.

Thanks lol freaks me out too. Those were the one pair of pants I kept My fattest to remind me to never go back there. All my other pants and clothes went to friends and family.
