Excess skin <insert major eww>

 So I'm already getting bat wings, my stomach is saggy aaaand my legs need help ..... not to mention I'm not done yet.  I'm 21 and starting to look like an old woman with all this skin!!!  I'm at bare minimum a year from even being able to consider plastics seeing as i'm not at goal and still have a good 50-60 lbs to lose, but how did you guys deal with to much skin while you're just in your 20s? 

And any suggestions on nonsurgical ways to keep it under wraps while I wait for a day when I can afford plastics and its safe to get them?

Don't feel bad.. I work out six days a week. When I do my pushups I can feel the skin on my stomach and legs hanging down.

Like my surgeon says; would you rather the skin be full of the fat we once knew?!?!?! Its ok to have a trade off

 Do weight training and conditioning exercises.  In the beginning, my lose skin was really bad but now where I'm at, it's really toned up due to the amount of work I put into my upper body...it is hard work but you will reap huge benefits.
