HELP

I have posted this on the insurance board but no one responded. I have BC/BS of MN has anyone had them through this process? How long did it take for an approval? I have finished my 6 visits with my PCP but now the doc office says that THEY require 7, so 1 more visit!! (I hope)....

i have bc/bs federal empl prog so i am not sure if it is alittle different. mine was pretty fast even though they scared me the other day bc one of their reps said that my sleeve was not covered but he did not know what he was talking about.

I had BS/BS of CA and they were awesome to deal with even though I was super afraid that it was going to take forever to get anything done with them. I was approved under my first submission and I started the processes in oct/nov 2008 and had surgery by march 2009 so it all happened REALLY fast! Hope it goes well for you, good luck
