One year out TODAY!
Today marks my one year out! I also had my 12 mon follow up with the nutritionist and surgeon, and everything went well. My blood work came back good, besides a B12 issue, that I need to start taking under the tongue b12 tabs. Everything else was perfectly normal, both surgeon and nut were very pleased with my success and weight loss, that they called me a "poster child" for WLS... I just wanted to up-date everyone with how Ive been doing. I feel like I'm not on here enough for the support... I should start coming around here more often. Thanks again for your continuous support.
