Ok So after my husband taking my scale away from me, He let me weigh in today cause Sunday is my weigh in day...and guess what? BIG NOTHING...EXACTLY THE SAME WEIGHT AS 10 days ago. I am like 2 weeks now with no weight loss.

I almost didn't post about this, but I am so confused I need support and help. :(

I am eating protein mostly 80-90 grams per day
carbs around 30-40 grams
Fat around 30 grams
Calories around 800 grams
Exercise 5 days a week with 1 hour/walk/jog etc.
get in all vitamins
get all water in 64 + ounces

I have tried changing what I eat, what I exercise, and nothing is working. I am so frustrated. I know everyone says ITS normal....but I can't help thinking that this surgery just like everything else I have done in my lifetime to lose weight is going to FAIL.

Any suggestions from others who have been thru this??

The only thing you really can do besides what you are doing, is just to wait it out.  Frustrating as that may seem because there really isn't any "thing" you can do, you just have to let your body adjust itself.

Also, don't stress about it...that's not good for our bodies.  If you know you are doing everything you need to do, then that's all you can do.  You basically can't fail at this point and my personal belief is that you only fail when you stop trying and it seems you haven't gotten to that point.

Good luck - no worries!

You know it is normal, and you still think it is abnormal in your case. I know how you feel, I had the same thing happen to me. 3 times I remember were really depressing, but like everyone says, it passes and the surgery does work.

As already said, there is nothing that you can do. Your body has been through hell and has no idea what is happening. It is trying to save itself. Give it a bit to figure out what's wrong.

Keep in there, and the weight will come off. Good Luck.

what I do when I hit a plateau is limit the amount of carbs I eat. This normally helps break the barrier.  Try that for a few days, also I increase the amount of water I drink to about 100oz.
I hope this helps
