help
Hey lady......We all endure setbacks throughout this journey. The important thing is that you acknowledge that you're not on track, and are willing to make some changes. For me, nothing helps me keep on track with my program like staying with my protein, water and walking regiments. I've talked with many who have abandoned making an effort to keep drinking their protein daily. The answer I get is that well "I eat" protein rich foods like the turkey chicken or others. My experience is that if I try and "eat" the daily dosage of protein that I get from drinking my 50-80 grams of protein daily, I will continue to put on weight and delay my weight loss program. Eating that much daily to get your protein in is going to keep the weight on and coming! You have to drink your protein. Drinking that protein still to this day crushes my appetite for more food, and keep my weight down. I've reached my goal, and am still losing. Another program buster is not getting tha****er in. It's a must! As well as if you can just get those walks in if nothing else it will keep your metabolism moving, keep you active and clears your head!
Don't be to hard on yourself. You're just a step away from getting this program back in gear by making a few small adjustments in your routine and habits. Best wishes on your continued journey.....

Thank you so much Janice I really needed to hear that. I think next I'll start back drinking protein shakes. It's hard sometimes cause nothing hurts my stomach, so I eat things that I know not good for me but it's good to me. I work two fulltime jobs. Always on the go. I would like for you to keep me posted on good things that can help me lose weight.
