we used to do this alot back when i started my journey idk why we stoped it.
i love the one where we tracked our excercise hours for the week every monday.
the weight in im not to much into it cuz i tent to get really crazy n panic about numbers so i dont like to weight my self alot. soo i just keep on the excercise, water intake and food intake.
that would be very helpful! glad u wanna moderate it! :D

I agree Mariana, I have a phobia about numbers and I don't think weight would be a good idea for me. Exercise, food, water would all be great ideas.
I'll start! I did a 40 minute spin class and 30 minutes upper body/core. Tomorrow is going to suck for exercise because I'll be out of town, but hopefully I'll be walking a lot! I have my 10 year class reunion this Sept and I'm really wanting to lose 10lbs for the event. I, unfortunately, have seen the scale start to creep up so I have to jump on this before it gets out of hand. I'll need all the support I can get from anyone willing to give it!

I got in my exercise for the day. I went to a class called Fitness Interval Training where we did a mixture of cardio (kick boxing today) and conditioning. The class was 60 minutes and then afterwards I did the stationary bike for 20 mins. going 5 miles.
Water is going well also. I've been working outside, so it's extra important to make sure I'm staying hydrated.
