Hi! I have lost a ton of weight... 181 lbs to be exact.  I am still wearing my pre-op clothes and they are litterally falling off of me.  I have barrowed a few things from my sister but I don't have anything for summer.  I literally have a pair of jeans and 3 shirts that fit me right now.  If you have anything L - XL size 14 - 20 and would be willing to give it to me that would be great.  I got laid off in january and even before that things were tight for me financially.  If you could help me out I would really really be greatful.  If you live in the St Louis area I would be willing to come pick them up or if you don't and want to mail them to me - send me a PM and I will send you my address.  Thank you in advance for any help.

Another option would be to check out some thrift stores and it's the time of year for garage sales too.  I have literally found a complete new wardrobe (minus bras and underwear, of course!) by going to garage sales and thrift stores and spending very little.  I have found everything from J Crew, Abercrombie, Gap, Aeropostale.etc. and have never paid more than a few dollars for any of it.  My big find this year was a brand new Wilson's Leather jacket I talked them down to $20.   My trick is to go to garage sales in the "rich" parts of town. I do the same for my son and because I found a garage sale of a friend who's a doctor's wife, he will now have enough clothes until he's probably 5 and it's all Children's Place and Gap Kids in almost new condition. Sometimes it takes a little searching but give the garage sale adds a try and look for ones that specify women's clothes in your size and if you want to take it a step farther, look for brand names.   Sometimes if people are eager to get rid of stuff, they will do a bag of clothes for $5.  I got a ton of stuff that way a few times.

Good luck!

I have a few pairs of size 18 pants...they are bootcut and some of them are "short." Would that work for you?
