one week out 11 pounds down jus clear liquids ,,, not much pain jello makes me sick i get gassy at times and feel like im dying i suck on sugra free kandy sometime i think im hungery at nite i drink and go to bed ive began walking for 20mins i will up as thedays go

 The first couple weeks are the hardest, just keep following your surgeons plan and eat what and when you are suppose to.  You'll do great, good job on the exercise!

Emily is right, the first 2 weeks were my absolute hardest. I too felt nausea even just thinking about Jello.  What I wound up doing was concentrating solely on my walking and drinking plenty of plain water. That made things much better for me. Soon I was on full liquids and could have protein shakes and sugar free pudding. Still not the best, but not the worst any more either. And before I knew it, I was on pureed foods. Trust me, it will get better, and soon!

today i barely dcrank anything i am on full liquids now im walking everyday no matter what i dropped 16 pounds im very happy

You are doing well. I am almost 2 weeks out and the first week was really difficult. It gets easier.
