ONEderland today!!!!!!!

 I currently weigh 196.2 and couldnt even start to tell you the last time I started with a 1... I walked four miles last night with my dad and feel amazing! Thanks for all of your support friends!! If you are considering surgery or are close to your surgery date I wish you the best of luck!! Hard times come and go with this thing but on days like today you will feel like a brand new person!!
