Weight Loss
Sooo I have reached my goal weight which is 125 but here is the thing, I want to stop losing weight!! Now i'm down to 122 and I don't want to lose anymore I feel like i'm starting to look sick! Everyone tells me that I need to stop losing weight but I can't help it! I never in my life thought i would be complaining about losing weight how crazy is that?? lol Anyways ppl that have lost all the weight or that are going threw the same thing i am.. How did u keep the weight to just stay and not keep losing?? I need some tips please.. :o)
