Any Input on how to kick weight loss up a notch?
*drink over 64 oz of water a day! i started 120 oz a day and it boosted up my weight loss! i drink atleast 32oz of water before i drink or eat anything in the morning to make sure i am starting off on the right foot!
*no carbs, all protein! if you have any bread or unhealthy starch in your diet, kick it! it makes the loss go so slow!
*good protein snacks = beef or chicken jerky, (i love buffalo chicken jerky!!), nuts (peanuts i dig, some people say almonds im allergic), cheese sticks, soy yogurt, granola, natural peanut butter, soy milk
*change up your current work out. what do you do when you move however you do? you may want to switch up your workout cause your body can get used to the same old thing fast.
*count calories or write down your food intake. sometimes you dont realize when you dont read labels an write things down how much you are really taking in! its a good habit to get into :)
