legs are KILLING me!
I went bowling about three days ago with a few friends... My legs are now killing me SO much!! It feels like I've worked them out and done leg presses, but I haven't... I've been walking, and what not, but now I can barely walk up a flight of stairs (or down) without almost falling because of my legs!
Does anyone have any advice/help, ANYTHING, that could help me keep this from happening again, or at least help improve it for later... Any advice is helpful!

Stretches!! Do some hamstring stretches (sit on the floor with your leg propped up on the couch, ottoman, etc. and hinge at the hips forward reaching for the feet - hold for a minute at least on each leg, quad stretches (stand towards the wall, brace with your hand and kick your back leg up grabbing your ankle - hold at least a minute on each leg).
It's so important to stretch before (after warm up) and after any physical activity. You wouldn't think bowling would do that to you but it can.
Are you getting enough potassium? Maybe add in half a banana to your day, they stave off cramps.
