xPost: What is your system? (vitamins)
What works for you to remember to get all of your vitamins in? What is your system?
I got 2 of those 7day things and each day I put what I need into a altoids small tin and carry it with me. This worked for me for a couple of weeks....
So, what is your system??

i also do the 7 day box. it works for me and is easily portable like in my bag for work. :)
1.when i wake up before i jet out the door i take my multi vitamin and nexium for my stomach.
2. once i eat breakfast i take my first 2 calciums and my b complex.
3. then later on in the day (sometimes i forget the 2nd set) after a snack or lunch i do my other calciums.
my b12 i do once a month injections. i just set my phone for the day. i told my dr i kept forgetting to do it under my tongue 1x per week like i was suppose to, so he just wrote me a prescription for the liquid and the syringes. (i didnt think it was goin gto be that easy! and i was scared at first but its not so bad sticking yourself.)
good luck!

I have a 7 day pill box with very large openings. This is my second one because my first broke because the openings were too small for my pills. It honestly takes me less than 2 minutes to refill my container for the week...I know, because I timed myself once. :-) It's really amazing the options of pill boxes you can get....7 days, 14 days, day/night, by the hour....so it's up to the individual what works best. For me, I can get away with 7 days one opening per day.
Morning - B12, Calcium, Vitamin D, L-Lysine (unrelated to WLS but it prevents cold sores)
Noon - Multi
Evening - Another Calcium and Biotin
I stagger my morning pills because that would be ridiculous to take them all at once. Usually I do my B12 sub-lingual while I get ready for the day (or not..lol) and then take the others later.
I like the pill box system for many reasons. First, convenience in travel - you only have to carry one pill box versus 6 bottles. Second, I can visually see if I forgot to take a pill because I have been known to forget if I took something or not. Third, I like to be organized...somewhat :-)
