Hi, guys.  I have surgery (VSG) scheduled for this Thursday at 11:30 (CST).  Please keep me in your prayers that day. 

I can't wait to report back in the coming months with successess.

Doing well!! 4 days out, went to work today, walked a mile and a half. No pain meds since I left the hospital! Down 18 lbs (8 was on preop)
