Approval??

I have just had my 3rd visit, I go to see my sergeon  April 21st which I will of had my 4th visit by then plus I am getting my evaluation done early next month. My question is.. Even though I will not of finished all of my 6 months will my doc. still send the paperwork to my insurance to get approval even before all my visits are done with?

 Every doctor and insurance company is different.  Ask when you go in on the 21st what there policy is.

I was on my 5th month doc app and they said go ahead and summit it since (with my insurance anyhow) the first letter is always a denial,but again this depends on who you are dealing with

By the time I go to my sur. I will have 4 visits and my phys. evaluation done and my blood work that my PCP thinks I need done before hand. I have BC/BsMN. What all tests did you have to have done?

I had to have a full checkup..bloodwork...psych evaluation test... sleep test... that's it for me on the test part i think
