1 year, 155lbs down
Hi everybody!
I've been really busy lately but today is my surgiversary. Last year at this time I was in size 50-52 pants with XXXL and 4XL shirts. Basically the largest sizes available in Walmart, and even then usually not many and $4 more per item because of the extra fabric. I was between 305lbs and 325lbs between various weeks of me trying to lose weight for a couple years.
Today I am around 160lbs, in a size L shirt and a size 32-34 pants. Although I did squeeze into a size 44euro mens which I never thought I would do. My old belt laps me and makes it around to my right hand pocket. Almost 175% of the way around!
I feel good, and have started eating more normally. I am being concious not to get back into too many old habits of what got me there in the first place, but I can pretty much eat what I want, but usualy dont. It is good to know I can in a pinch though. I have been eating more salad, more light meals, and more protein heavy meals. Much less sugar, junk maybe once a week instead of 3 times a day, and leftovers have actually been available!
I have a bunch of excess skin, but who cares. It sort of looks like I am pregnant even though I am a guy. The excess tummy skin is disproportional to the rest of me now. When I bend over, I get a nice hanging skin mass, but it is a small price to pay.
Anyways, I am happy. :D
