My name is Cole I'm 22yrs old, my Highest weight was 551. Had RNY done on 11/24/09 and am currently 405. Currently I'm trying to break the 400 wall by the 24th... just thought id start looking around on OH forums and see what i can find:)

you might want to check out josh's profile he is 4 year out of surgery n he was around your weight. maybe he can give u advice. he is doing pretty good, just don`t  tell him cuz he is a lil ****y lol.
