post pictures

hi everyone,
   i had an WOW moment today ..i had  a picture of me right before surgery and i have a pic of me now (just my face, im use to just having headshots because i looked better that way before) anyways i want to post before and after pic side by side..how do i do that? do i need a specific program or something ?


help me i feel computer dumb haha and i want to show you all my progress!

i am curious of responses to this too! im almost a year out and would love to do this also!!

 If you just post them regular on here, they will be on top of each other instead of side by side....but that works too!   As far as putting them to one file and being able to crop/move them as you please, I'm not sure but my husband and I use Picasa for our pictures and though I've never tried that particularly, I'm sure there is a way to do it on there...it does everything else!
