Weight Loss!!
So,
I am about 1 and 1/2 months post op. I have lost 30 pounds, but it has been about a week and I haven't lost any weight. I have been exercising and eating like the doc has required. I don't know what to do. has anyone else experienced this same problem??? will I start losing again??? I'm kind of worried???

I think you are completely normal! I had my surgery 3 days after you!!! I had my 1st stall 2 weeks out, and I didn't lose a stinking pound for 2 weeks, then I dropped 13 pounds in like 3 days!!! lol... Just keep doing what ur doing and what ur doctor suggests. It will pick back up soon!!!

sometimes many weeks will pass and the scale wont move
a lot of times we lose inches even when we are not losing pounds.
This is all normal... only time to really become concerned is if you go SIX weeks with no loss on the scale or the tape measure, then its time to call the nutritionist and see what changes need to be made.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
