hey again everybody!

for the past few weeks since my gall bladder surgery i have been slacking on the water deptartment and so (back to it on day 5) ive been working on my water intake atleast being 80 ounces a day. i even bought myself a new water bottle to get me excited about this.

my point of telling you all this is because i had been on a mini stall the past few weeks and finally what helped me lose the 4 pounds ive been fighting back and forth is tracking my food and staying hydrated!

www.thedailyplate.com is a great tool to track your food & water if you need somewhere to do it :)

stay hydrated peeps!!!
(and dont forget- ACTIVE! ive been back to my 5mile cardio work outs too, could go hand in hand :)  )

have a great weds everybody!

This is so true.  Dehydration can cause a plethora of health issues from stalls to, more seriously, electrolyte imbalances.....Oh yeah and fainting (been there, done that!).

I basically tell myself that when I'm not eating, I should be drinking.
