Hey all. I'm 31, almost 32, so I won;t take up too much of your time.
I got lap band at age 28, so I used to frequent this board. I browsed, and don;t see many old timers. But a few of you probably recognize me.
Anyway, I'm just popping in to say hi, much love, and good luck on your life long WLS journeys.

You are stunning. Congrats on your success, and keep it up. Remember, weight loss isn;t a temporary fix, it is a lifelong change.
Hey Brock ~ good to see you!
I've been struggling with my head lately because of surgery, so you are right..it's not a temporary fix and it can have a very real dark side if you let it. But so far so good with the weight loss and keeping it off, just trying to make healthy choices (all around).
Thanks for stopping in!
