Cravings, and my time of the month questions???
I am really not a big sweets eater, except when its my time of the month! Well I have been kinda moody today, and SOOOOOO craving sweets. So I know that my time is near! lol... Any special advise for avoiding those sweets? I don't wanna give in as I have come way to far for that, and I certainly don't wanna find out if I dump on sugar or not these next few days!!!
HELP!!! Please share any advise or even ***** stories to scare me into not giving in!!!!

Well i was a sweet person before and now i only crave sweet right before my cycle as well. What I do is buy the sugar free hershey or dove candy and eat one of those or.... If i am doing good on protein for the day then i will share with my husband a no sugar added ice cream sandwich from skinny cow.... i think it only has six grams of sugar, maybe four. I usually only eat this right before my cycle because my cravings are so strong lol. I do NOT want to know whether or not i dump thats why i try to satisfy the craving with something SF or NS added. Hope you find something that will wok for you.

Thanks for the suggestions! My cravings were so strong I thought I was gonna bite everybodys head off in the grocery store! lol... But thanks for the suggestions! I will have to look for those low sugar ice cream sandwiches. Where have you found them at? I looked at several local stores, but haven't seen them! ummmm.....

SF Jello, SF Puddings, Light Yogurts... no sugar added sweets... fruit.. SF ice pops. There are quite a few options out of there. You can also eat a small amount of 'normal' food... a good piece of dark chocolate... a small handful of something... as long as you keep the sugar low you will be ok... a single hershey kiss. If they are trigger foods for you of course avoid but a little taste/treat now and then can be good as long as you really enjoy it.
