Insurance Help

I am so upset!!  I just got my second rejection letter from Blue Cross.... I am so frustrated and discouraged!  I meet all the criteria for my insurance and its just a documentation issue, did any one else have these kind of issues!!?? I am really upset, I am so ready to have surgery, and have already done all the classes and have made lots of changes.  How did any of you get over these issues? Please help....could you some positive suggestions!

I would call and just talk to your insurance company!  Make them give you some information on why you are being denied.  If its just a documentation issue, try to resend the requested documents, and see where that gets you!  I am so sorry that you are going through all this, and hope for the best!  Please keep up updated, and you deff have my prayers!!!

hey, that totally stinks. is it something your drs office isnt sending right? call and find out what papers and get them sent! thats not fair if this is your drs office doing that to ya!
