2 month stall......OVER!!!

Well it's funny how good things sometimes do happen back to back.... I booked my first trip to Europe and the next day my two-month stall finally broke and I am down six pounds! I am so excited! Anyone going through a stall at the moment do not lose hope it will break and your weight loss will continue.

I posted an updated picture...more to follow!!

You simply cannot be beaten if, at the end of the day, some tiny part of you can still whisper: "I will try again tomorrow"

I sure hope so... I haven't lost an ounce in 6 weeks! It's starting to make me insane... lol...

This is great news and gives me hope! I have barely lost any weight since Christmas and I am getting really discouraged! I need to get off the scale and focus on what I need to do! Thanks for the post!
