2 years surgyversary!!!!!!!.
woooww!, I can't believe it's been 2 years already!.
I just wanted to take the time to say thankyou for all of you who have been such a support to me in this 2 years, you know who u are. THANK YOU GUYS!!! I love ya all!.
this 2 years have been crazy! full of tears, happy n sad tears, new friends, new beginings. dreams, hopes!.
I finally begining to love n embrase my new body. and ìm very grateful for the oportunity of having "my youth" back. It's amazing how losing weight can afect ur life n ur selfconfidence. before surgery i thought i was happy, i thought i was fine in this body n confortable with who i was. n now i can say that, yes i was! but is possible to be happier! n healthier! n feel more confortable in our own skin. now i haVe relalized lots of things that i didnt want to see or i was to afraid to acept.
like i had a food problem, i ate when i was happy i ate when i was sad, n don`t take me wrong. i do have lows points now! but they are not as often as they use to be, and now, im able to identify these moments and get back ontrack right away.
i havent lose a lot of weight this 2nd year. but i've been able to lose some and keep it off! by this time before wls. i woulda have put all the weight back. Its not been easy, to keep it off i thought this was magic n i would stay in my ideal weight without trying to hard, but its been hella hard! but i wouldn`t change it for anything!!!!.
im very excited now about starting my plastics journey in 5 days im having my brachioplasty (arm lifth) sooo excited n nervious about it!!!!! then i would like to have a TT n a thigh lift. but not sure yet, we'll see how it goes the brachio first lol.
for the newbies... Go for it!! it soooo worth it.
try to lose as much weight as u can the 1th year out. then its gonna get really hard to keep losing.
its hard to keep the weight off. so try to get a excercise routine.
The scale lies!!!!!!!! don`t pay any atention!!! stick to ur plan n u will succed.
enjoy every minute!!! i know it sound silly but ur gonna miss ur 1st couple of months out.
and never forget where u come from!!!!. n be proud!.
THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! for this 2 years of OH. with lot of love n support!!!!!!
