Tomorrow is the big day!!!!

Tomorrow at 7:30am I will be in the OR having surgery(RNY). I'm so nervous and yet excited to start this new journey in my life. I've got almost everyone packed and ready to go. My house is ready. I think everything is in place for tomorrow.
Ive been on clear liquids for 3 days. I did not think it would be this hard. I can not stand to be around food. It would be so easy for me to eat. I even go upstairs when my family is eating dinner. So I've been staying clear of all foods. I cant wait to not feel hungry!!

So how did it go? I am now 3 days post op! I can't see to get rid of what I think is gas pain. Even my shoulders hurt! Don't you have kids? How are they taking it?  Mine can't seem to understand why I can't pick them up. I can't wait to actually start seeing results! Keep in touch!

OMG!! I've been having the same gas pain in my shoulders and right shoulder blade. It is so uncomfortable. My son understands what is going on, but my daughter is having a hard time. She wants me to pick her up. Today by habit I almost picked her up and stopped just as I was going to life her. I'm having a hard time getting in all my liquids. I think I;m swallowing air and I feel so full. This scares me. How are you doing getting in all of your fluids?
