hi everyone just wanted to say how thankful and happy i am that i had wls surgery. I can't believe its been 3 months and i am 60 lbs lighter. I am starting to get a lot of attention that i was not use to. I liked being out of the spotlight but now it seems everyone is commenting on the way i look. I guess it will just take a while to get use to. I wish everyone a great and rewarding wls journey. Take care!
p.s. I wanted to ask everyone - how many times a week do you exercise - what kind of exercise do you do? Does it seems to help a lot with the loose skin?

Hey!
Congratulations on your weight loss! That is so cool that you are down 60lbs already - it's such an amazing feeling, I'm very happy for you!
On average, I exercise about 5 days a week. I am a gym rat and take a variety of classes they offer there. I do a 45 min. spinning class once or twice a week, two 50 min. cardio classes that do something different every time like kick boxing or step, a 30 min. buns and belly class once a week and 2 - 15 minute core/toning classes that they do at the end of the spinning and cardio classes. I also try to run at least 5 miles a week also because I'm doing a 5K in March. I get a lot of conditioning work with the classes I take but if I miss one, I will do some weight lifting for about 30 mins or so.
Exercise does help with skin. It probably won't look completely tight and perfect but it really does make a big difference. Plus, you feel so good when you exercise so that's totally a reason to do it anyway.
Good luck!
