Feels like I am snacking

I feel like I am eating all day long. 5 meals a day is a lot for me. I forget to eat most days too or only eat once.

 

The thing is it feels like I am snacking. People tell me its nto cinsidered snacking in my case becuase I am not even eating my meals like I should. The stuff I feel like I am snacking on is all protein foods.

Im eating alot of low fat cheeses and lunch meat probably a total of 6 slices of turkey wwhich is 45 calories and maybe 2 string cheeses and a couple of wheat thins. I have yet to tolerate meats other than lunch meat.

Does anyone else get where i am coming from or went through this?

Yes, I eat all day long. I eat at least every two to three hours. I think you are doing good. You are snacking on good foods, sometimes I don't eat the right foods. My New Year Promise is to eat better. keep up the good work!!!

As long as you are eating the right food, you are doing good. I asked my doctor about it and he said that was normal, I should eat at least 5 to 6 times a day. You are doing GREAT!!

I feel like I eat all day, every day. And it gets old.

As long as you're not eating crap food and you're watching your intake, you're most likely fine. But I do understand the feeling of snacking all the time.

I look at it this way: I don't have to be fed much, but I have to be fed often. And it's actually a healthy philosophy.

 ehhhhh im eating all day tooo hohohoo. i should get my ass back to basics! this hollidays thing got me a lil outta control for this past 2 weeks.

but its ok to eat 5 meals keep ur metabolism going. and burning calories. and don't feel guilty you have to eat to be alive!! dont forget that.

I totally get where you are coming from, even though I just started.

I feel the same way, I just started on the soft food diet and it feels like I’m eating around the clock. I guess it’s normal though, just strange going from eating two or three large meals to five small ones.

yayyy, i am glad you posted this.... I feel like that too because everytime i drink water i get very hungry very quickly!

     I feel the same way too! But you know what as long as your eating the right foods the 5 meals a day is on your side. It keeps your metabolism fueled and in return you will burn more fat. Gotta love that! hahahah.
