Feels like I am snacking
I feel like I am eating all day long. 5 meals a day is a lot for me. I forget to eat most days too or only eat once.
The thing is it feels like I am snacking. People tell me its nto cinsidered snacking in my case becuase I am not even eating my meals like I should. The stuff I feel like I am snacking on is all protein foods.
Im eating alot of low fat cheeses and lunch meat probably a total of 6 slices of turkey wwhich is 45 calories and maybe 2 string cheeses and a couple of wheat thins. I have yet to tolerate meats other than lunch meat.
Does anyone else get where i am coming from or went through this?
As long as you're not eating crap food and you're watching your intake, you're most likely fine. But I do understand the feeling of snacking all the time.
I look at it this way: I don't have to be fed much, but I have to be fed often. And it's actually a healthy philosophy.
