ok, here is the thing i need to ask you guys, cuz our age (im 24) n if you were in my situation u would have to make a choise also.

but here is the thing i wanna have a TT. soo my plastic surgeron told me that he want to do the brachio and TT in two diferent procidures. but he thinks i should wait ot have kids to have the TT. but that he would lo a panni removal and the brachio at the same time ( i have a very samll panni) but i really to want the full TT. i think i wanna look my best now that im young. n im not planning having any kids from 6 to 8 years from now. soo thats a long of time and then i could have a normal mommy belly. or have a revision.
so i think im gonna have the full TT. what do u guys think??.
im soooo excited. yay!

The more things the change, the more they're still the same.
congrats on your plastics date. i've been thinking a lot about them myself, and i'm trying to look into having a procedure done. unfortunately, costs have been pretty limiting. anyway, I guess what i would ask is, 1. what's the cost difference 2. are there any other downfalls to waiting and 3. can someone take good care of you while you're immobilized recovering.
Unless it's crazy hard for you to swing two surgeries, i'd wait. i think your doctor knows what he's talking about, and i'd hate to see you have problems because you strained something because you had it done at the same time. i know you've waited a long time and i know I'm tempted to want to speed things up, but i'm ususally grateful when i follow people's advice and take things slowly.
about the panni vs. tummy tuck- i'm looking into a panni removal, just because it is possible i'll have kids- the panni just gets rid of all my nasty skin, and it costs significantly less. therefore, it makes sense to do something that will be permanent and i won't be spending my pregnancy freaking out about my stomach. but i fully support you if you want to do the tt. if money wasn't an issue, i'd do it too
what do you think/

about the cost. its a lil diferent for me i guess im lucky lol. is cheaper here in mexico obviusly...
my PS. is my cousing so he is not charging for the surgery it would be only $3,000.00 if i pay from my own pocket. but we think my insurance will cover it. with no problem. and the full TT its about $ 5,000.00 but im not having that if i have to pay for it (dont have the money) lol.
on the plastic surgery board ther is a doctor (dr. sauceda or dr. S.) he lives in monterrey mexic0, and he have performed a lot of the girls there surgerys. and he has and after care plan and everything you can ask there directly they can give you a better idea of what is having surgery away from home n stuff.
girl how u've been????
hugsss!!!!!!
i've been good... I talked to my mom about mexico for surgery cause i know it's cheaper, and she about had a heart-attack. she sues doctors for a living, so i guess she'd rather them be in her jurisdiction if something goes wrong, haha.
the brachio is great because everyone can see your arms- with a little creativity and some spanx, people don't see my nasty panni much even if i know it's there. i just work out my arms like crazy, and they look okay- i would never be a model, but hey, they didn't fold over themselves and become a nasty stinky mess so that's good enough for me.
i'm so glad for you though- you put forth so much hard work and you totally deserve to look like you want to1

I went through my pregnancy totally expecting to have a normal, vaginal delivery and that was the plan up until I went into labor. Long story short, I never dilated past a 3.5 and needed an emergency c-section after 16 hours of labor. Even now (3 years on Saturday!) I still have no feeling at the incision on my bikini line and I never will because of the nerve/muscle damage from the cut .
I guess my point of this story is.....pregnancy will change your stomach pretty much no matter what and always be prepared for the unexpected c-section. You could have the TT now but I would really guess that another one would be necessary after wards if you are really wanting a flat tummy. You could get it now, enjoy it and worry about having another one later, if that's what you choose. I've not read up on any risks involved of having a baby post TT but that would be a very good idea to do so.
My opinion, I'd wait. You say you don't want any kids for another 6-8 years but as we know, life doesn't always work out on our time line. I had my baby at 25..I never thought that would happen!
Good luck Mariana! Either way, you'll do great...let us know what you decide!
