New to this forum!!

I am 24 and getting ready for the rny gastric bypass on the 7th of January and was looking for other people my age that I can talk with about the surgery and changes after wls.

Welcome Laurie~  The 7th is my birthday so that's a great day to have your WLS !  I have a good friend that is over in Germany who had her surgery with Dr Weiner and she speaks so highly of him~ I know you'll have a wonderful experience, too.  I look forward to getting to know you better!

 Well happy early birthday on the 7th Renae!! That is awesome that you have a friend here in Germany who had her surgery with Dr Weiner!! Is she on this website I would love to talk to her it would be so nice to know somebody who had the surgery done by him :) 

congrats!! what a great  way to start the new year n the 2010!!! how exciting!! i know you most be sooo nervious but i swear is not as bad as it seams. you`ll be recovered in no time and enoying your new life. i would do it over and over again if i had to. sooo worth it.
and yeah there will be lots of changes but all good ones. the only bad things is that ur gonna spend lot of money in new outfits. lol. your gonna love the new  improve your.
