So its been a while...

Yes yes I know I haven't been on in months but due to computer issues and life some things get pushed to the wayside ;)

So I'm a little over a year and a half out, I've lost 130 lbs, I haven't lost anything in the past couple of months but I also haven't gained so thats something!  Still the best decision I ever made!

I am happy to see familiar faces on here still, I am planning on getting back at the posting again and being a part of the community because we all need all the support we can get!
