1 year out tomorrow

The 22nd of December marks the one year point at which I had RNY. While I wish I could wax poetic about how fabulous it's been and how I'm at goal, I've come to realize that this is more than a year long journey, but rather a life long commitment to a lifestyle change. I can not wait to see my progression in another year.

omg we had surgery on the same day and we are the same age. i am not at goal either but am trying hard to get their. you are looking good. congrats on making it this far.
