Hi everyone! I just wanted to come and introduce myself. I am new on here, and starting to explore, and saw there was a 20's forum which made me very happy cause I dont know anyone who has had the surgery in their 20's! My name is Kerrie...I am 23 years old, and I live in Cumberland, Rhode Island. I had my Gastric Bypass RNY done on 11/17/2009, and so far...It is the best thing I have ever done for myself. My highest weight was 350lbs (2 weeks before surgery) and I had a liquid diet losing 16lbs..Total weight loss is 49lbs! I have not been this thin since I was about 17 years old...So I am feeling great! Well..I dont wanna write a book...But was just hoping to meet some new people. :o)

i used to live in woonsocket!!! now sadly i live in kansas with my husband lol. but its whateer. congrats on ur RNY! i got lapband back in august :)
