so, I know people said this but i didn't listen much.... exercise really helps with the loose skin. after two weeks of just lifting weights with my arms I can see a HUGE change. i bet i've almost lost an inch of 'wing' and i really didn't have much to begin with. so, i thought i'd share it.

sorry i've been gone so long too- how is everyone/ jocklyn, you pic looks great1 marianna, how the heck are you doing/ and what's the ps update/

 I 100% agree with you about the weight lifting, it does make a difference and what's there to lose by trying except batwings.

 hey ann! glad to see ur alive!!!!!!!!!!! lol.
well ur lucky, no excercise would help my batwings booohooo. but hopefully gonna be having ps in a month or so! yay for me!!!. (i should be having my final appoiment next week to set the insurance thing and get a date).
i also wanna say that i read ur blog post. n i compleatly understand how ur feeling... : )
btw i saw ur FB pics n ur looking fab!

I've been told that before but so glad to hear that it has worked so well. I am getting gastric bypass soon (hopefully in feb/mar) and am signing up for the gym soon. So i will definitely but the weight lifting on my to-do list! haha. Congrats on your success!

girl, you lost sooooo much weight so fast- I would give your arms some grace! wear things with sleeves for a few months and definitely try the exercises- mine definitely shrank on their own accord as well. I'd give it prob 7 months for the majority to shrink and then you'll probably see almost all of it in 12. that's the great thing about being young- your skin will catch up to your weight loss quite a bit! merry christmas

I don't think that your bat wings acctually "skrink". What happens when you lift weights is you are filling the space with muscle so your bat wings look smaller. Sad but true. I am lifting weights and I have noticed that the wings are smaller but as soon as I stopp I know they will get big again. :-(
