That's great, I'm so happy for you! I remember the feeling of being under 200 for the first time in ever and I was so excited.
I was always at a loss figuring out what I should have as a goal weight because my dr. never said anything about it. I sort of picked 135 because it was in the healthy bmi and i felt it was something I could live with. However, now I'm thinking I'd like to see 130-125 but I'm not going to kill myself to get there because honestly I'm mostly happy right now. I think a lot depends on how much you weighed to start with, height, bone structure, etc. as to what the lowest you should safely go. It's not realistic or probably healthy for someone who's 5'9 to weigh 125 especially if they started out at say 300lbs....plus, they'd look like skeletor...not so much a look I'm going for either. I think it's finding a number you can be HAPPY with. That's my problem, it seems like I keep wondering what 5 more pounds would be like....bad Emily.
Anyway, congrats to you :-)

haha my bf asked me the other day if i get to 150 if he could call me "skeletor" because even now at 199 my back bones are starting to pop out and stuff a little . thats to funny you used that phrase...
your right about the 5 pounds thing. im scared im going to get more like that once i get closer to goal. like well maybbbbbbbe i could lose a few more pounds.. and part of me thinks its not even the physicalness of wanting to look good or anything its kinda the mentalality ive adopted after losing all this weight.
thanks for the congrats
