I am 2 months out and have hit my first stall. I started out at 308 and am now 265 and have been that way for about 7 days now. I really need to start working out regularly and probably eat more often. Most days I don't even eat till about 12 or 1 o'clock.  Just an update ladies and gents.

Just be sure to get your 60-80 oz of water/clear liquids each day and some cardio walking (1-2 miles) 5 days a week and you'll be fine! Trust me - it works!

You will be fine, stalls happen and you just have to deal with it while its happening and be thankful for how far you have come up to this point. It will pass, I  forgot you were from Reno! YAY! We also had the same surgeon! How exciting and oh yeah, the snow, its crazying we have like a foot of snow!

make sure you eat and drink enough!

sometimes if you dont eat enough or get enough protein it makes stalls happen!

like they will happen but staying on top of your game will generally make them happen less often :)

I know what your going through I am on a stall right now and I'm about 2months and a week out I have lost 53 pounds so far which I know is awesome for that amount of time.  But, stalls are soo hard I just hope I can get through this.  I'm glad to find that there are other people out there that are going through the same thing.

P.S I ordered the Hydracoach water bottle I'm really excited about it.  It measures how much water you drank and how much more you need to drink.  I can't wait to get it.  It will def. help me stay more on top of my game.
