Sleep Schedule...

My sleep schedule is rediculous - I go through times where waking me up is impossible and it takes a lot to get me up and moving. But then I'll go through stages where I wake up on my own ready to go and everything is fine. I remember I used to always be easy to get up and going after I lost all the weight...but until about a week ago the 3 months before I was like a rock in the morning it took basically multiple beatings and basically being screamed at every 10 minutes to wake up - and still wasn't up - but now it's back to normal...just didn't know if this was something normal?

It ain't how you die it's how you breathe - it ain't what you take it's what you leave and conceive. What you got is nothing if your soul don't represent it -...present it, because it ain't where you from it's where you been kid.

Took my heart; froze that. Promised that if I opened it up it would
never close back.

This is weird you posted this because I have been noticing that I don't need as much sleep as I use to.  Example, we had  a festivus party at our house last night, I went to bed at 2am...much much much later than usual and I still woke up around 8:30 feeling refreshed and awake.  Before, I'd sleep in until noon if someone let me.
I was questioning if this had something to do with weight loss or if I'm just needing less sleep for some reason.

you absolutely are going to sleep better after losing weight. esp. if u had any sleep apnea, or un diagnosed sleep apnea. with less fat ur going to breathe better, including while ur sleeping.

I never had sleep apnea but maybe I had something to a lesser extent? .....Either way, it's nice having more productive hours in the day.
