thanksgiving eve

so WOW thanksgiving ia almost here...........

i remember my first thanksgiving after my surgery in 2007........
i was only 5 months out and PISSED that i couldnt stuff my face till i was sick like normal........lol

but i ended up eating pretty much everything everybody else was eating but just a spoonfull........

just rememeber to pace yourself and CHEW CHEW CHEW.......

I just remember how GREAT it felt to be the only one LOOSING weight through the holidays instead of packing on the pounds like everyone else............

thanks for the tips..im almost 3 months out and i plan on having some turkey, and some green bean cassorole...that might be it for me..but im sure looking foward to that lil piece of turkey..=)

I was just appoved yesterday and my surgery is Dec. 10th so this is my last Thanksgiving where I can actually EAT! lol  I cant wait!

Well I am 3 1/2 weeks out and will get to move to pureed tomorrow per my Dr.  SOOOOO excited to do more than drink my  meals.  I know I won't over do it but she warned me that I will be trying lots of new things and not in the 1 at a time fashion so to BEWARE!!!!!  LOL.  Just remember that the most important part is being with the ones you love.  For those of you who are pre-op enjoy, and those of you who are post-op be good lol!!!  GOOD LUCK and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

 Well i'm almost at my 2 year mark. and now is so diferent for me. now i can eat what i want. and its being so hard to make the good chooises.
n even harder cuz i want to have my plastics this january n wanna  lose 10 more lbs before so i know there wont be "free days" for me this year. so i just gonna try to stay focus on my goal during the hollidays hope i can  do it lol.

n this is gonna be the 2nd year i don't gain weight during this time of the year so is soooo exciting to finally have some control... and yay!!!! i got to see all my friends get fat but me!!! hahahhahahahahhahahahahahha. that was a lil mean lol.

i'm 7 weeks out... had my break down earlier about how my family is all home this weekend and it seems like all they do is eat eat eat.  i'm a little nervous about tomorrow - but i know i can have some turkey at least. we'll see how it goes!

i'm so freaking nervous about tomorow.  i use to eat till i was sick at the holidays.  i am like 7 months out from surgery and i did get to experience easter after surgery that doesn't count cause i was still on liquids and on pain meds so i didn't want to eat anyway.  i have my mom who says are you sure you want to eat that an aunt who everytime i eat in front of her asks me if thats all i'm eating and i'm going to eat at thanksgiving right.  oh and then there is my not drinking liquor right now because i let it get out of control well my aunt is a total alcohol pusher.  but i did make a super low sugar pumpkin cheesecake that i can share with everyone and even have a small piece or a bite off of my dads plate.  i'm sure i'll be fine because i will overthink every bite i put in my mouth but i'm still nervous.  my will power sucked in the past and i really don't want to toss my cookies at my aunts house and have to nap for 3 hours to recover
