hmmm silly oh i just typed out a reply to you and then BAM it was lost. silly silly .

anyways. my suggestions are to:

1. UP  your protein to atleast 100 grams a day. i know its a pain in the ass but it helps you. i swear. i never tried bioton. but as soon as i upped my protein and was really strict with it my hair progressively stopped coming out in clump. thank goodness.!

2. i cut my hair with a little bang and in layers and so in spots where it was thinning it looks fuller. i wish i could explain the hair cut better for you :*( i swear before then i kept wearing my hair with that bump look like as if i was wearing a bump it. hahahaha

good luck lady!

and congrats on being 11 weeks out!

i think that its just part of the process for some of us......

everyones body is gunna react different to the shock of such a MAJOR life changing surgery.......

I lost A TON...........

but it has all came back........

dont freak out..........

at least youll be a HOT SKINNY bald girl right???? LOL

the only tip i can give you is to lighten up your brown hair..........going blonder REALLY helps hide the thinning hair........

i went SUPER blond from dark brown.......

Tell me about it! I'm almost 6 months out and my hair is still falling out like CRAZY!!! Both the people at my local support group and my hair stylist told me to use nioxin (you can get it at salons and like at ulta) its pretty dang expensive but apparently it helps a lot to control the hair loss, I can tell a difference since I started using it. But other than that, biotin and LOTS AND LOTS of Protein!

 Hi, there  -
I'm four years out and I still don't have the same thickness I had before. I never had bald spots, but it did get very thin. I find that keeping it short helps a lot. When I grow it out - even to my shoulders, it starts to look thin and stringy. From your profile pic - it looks like you have very long hair. I would suggest considering a bob or something trendy and cute until your fullness returns. It will come back, just takes time.

Take care!
