Approved by insurance surgery date set!

I just got approved by insurance yesterday and my surgery date is the 23rd of December. A month away and I'm so excited and nervous at the same time!!

WHOOHOO! isnt that the BEST feeling - to finally KNOW its going to happen and have a date :) What a great Christmas gift - Congrats! :)

Wow that is so exciting for you.  I just had mine 2 weeks ago and I thought that I was cutting it close to the holidays.  Good for you!!!!!  I don't know if I could have done it that close to Christmas.  It shows your obvious dedication and that you won't let anything stop you.  Are you going to get to go home in a day or 2?  I had to do 2 nights inpaitient but I know all doctors are different.  Good luck and try not to get nervous in the meantime, you'll do great!!!!!!

i think is a great way to begin the new year and a great anyversary date, u won't never forget ur surgeversary! lol. and will have the chance to celebrate yay!

Thanks everyone! This was the only time I could get the surgery. I'm in college and I have to take classes in the summer too. Starting the 21st I have vacation from school for three weeks so I'll have time to recover a bit before school starts again.  I wanted it the 21st but he doesn't do monday surgeries anymore I guess. So it was now or wait til I graduate and I don't want to wait anymore!

get ready for the ride of your life!!!  dont be afraid to ask questions and tell your dr how your feeling.  you will be in my prayers!!!
