Need some suggestions
I work fulltime, go to school fulltime and help raise my nephew who is four years old and autistic, most days i really have no time for myself. i try and plan ahead as far as meals and my grocery list so that i always have what i need. but i am in desperate need of easy meals that i can have on hand especially things that i can take with me since most days i leave home to go to school then work and dont get home until well after dinner time. any suggestions are great thank you
You simply cannot be beaten if, at the end of the day, some tiny part of you can still whisper: "I will try again tomorrow"
You might try going back to the basics for some of the things. You could do the EAS preboxed protein drinks for your lunch. It would be a good source of protein and easy to take with you. As far as "real" food it might get tricky. I'm not far enough along to have much more to add.....So just a tiny thought to try and help .
hmmmm...
